According to Guyriddle, the latest Update Rollup 3 for CRM 3.0 was withdrawn from its Microsoft Knowledge Base article website (KB #935364) due to “a regression discovered in one of the included fixes”. Apparently there was a flawed hotfix in the Update Rollup 3 package that may prevent users from accessing Service Activity record information. [...]
